The Connection LAB Retreat invites you to unplug and reconnect in this full-day experience—with yourself and with others—at our rejuvenating all-day retreat in the beautiful Theatre LILA studio at ART House 360! As we transition from winter to spring, it is an ideal moment for a check-in and a gentle reset. This retreat offers space to pause and recalibrate through a blend of stress-relieving practices, creative exploration, and playful movement—supporting a renewed sense of connection with yourself and others. Immerse yourself in a uniquely nourishing mix of artistic and physical experiences, including grounding yoga and breathwork focused on stress relief, joyful movement exercises, creative writing, and playful self-expression. Thoughtfully curated and guided by Jessica Lanius, Theatre LILA movement and creative writing instructor, and Manisha Bhargava, board-certified wellness coach and yoga mentor, this immersive experience invites you to: -Flow through gentle yoga and grounding breathwork designed to release tension -Explore joyful movement and playful expression to deepen connection -Find your inner poet through creative writing prompts -Integrate your insights through collaborative, embodied activities -Expect to laugh, move, play, write, ground and connect—realigning with yourself and with others. Cancellation Policy
Our cancellation and refund policy supports program quality and fairness to all participants and families: 100% refund with 28 or more days notice before the first day of class: This gives us time to offer the spot to someone on the waitlist or a new participant who may need to adjust their schedule. It supports decisions about whether to run the class, how to staff it, or whether to add additional sections. 50% refund with 14–27 days’ notice before the first day of class: Changes this late make key decisions more difficult and may negatively impact other participants—such as whether to run the class, how to staff it, or whether to remove sections. No refund with 13 or fewer days’ notice before the first day of class: At this late stage, it’s too late to make adjustments.
