​Season Roles & Opportunities:

Barrio Dance/Theatre LILA Invention Production will begin with workshops in December 2025 and full rehearsals beginning January 9th, Production Dates: February 12-22nd, 2026. Seeking adult, teen and child actors/performers. Casting between 10-12 roles in this ensemble piece. AEA & non-union roles available. All roles are paid. Housing and per diem provided for out of town actors who are cast.

LILA LAB 360 Ensemble Company - this is an invited ensemble lab that rehearses and develops new work throughout the year with showcase performances of new works at ART House 360 in December & May.  The Ensemble Company runs two semesters and is ideal for adult actors of all ages who want time to train in the Theatre LILA physical style and develop collaborative pieces with talented colleagues without the pressure or demands of a full rehearsal schedule. We write, play, improv, create and develop wild ideas in a safe and nurturing incubator. LAB 360 is led by Jessica Lanius with professional guest artists popping in thru the year. LILA LAB 360 Ensemble Co. meets once a week for two hours at ART House 360. The cost to be a LAB RAT is $250/semester or $500 year (Sept-Dec and Feb-May). This includes 72 hours of group training sessions per year and two showcase performances.

Audition Requirements

Please prepare two contrasting monologues or performance pieces that showcase your unique talents. Total audition time should be 4-5 minutes. Audition material can include but are not limited to:

• Monologue 

• Songs (a capella or with your own accompaniment)

• Spoken word piece

• Poem

• Dance solo (please bring your own music)

• Performance Art 

• Instrumental music 

 

Compensation & Equity

All artists cast in roles will receive a stipend. Both AEA (Actors' Equity Association) and non-equity roles are available.
