This powerful blend contributes to her therapeutic, individual style of teaching whole person fitness. “In my 50+ years as a fitness professional, athlete and coach I have come to believe that a somatic, wholistic approach is the best system to promote lifelong wellness… I recommend you find a great teacher and begin your practice today. Cancellation Policy
Our cancellation and refund policy supports program quality and fairness to all participants and families: 100% refund with 28 or more days notice before the first day of class: This gives us time to offer the spot to someone on the waitlist or a new participant who may need to adjust their schedule. It supports decisions about whether to run the class, how to staff it, or whether to add additional sections. 50% refund with 14–27 days’ notice before the first day of class: Changes this late make key decisions more difficult and may negatively impact other participants—such as whether to run the class, how to staff it, or whether to remove sections. No refund with 13 or fewer days’ notice before the first day of class: At this late stage, it’s too late to make adjustments. This policy helps us prepare responsibly, serve more families, and offer a well-supported experience for all participants. To cancel your reservation email theatrelila@gmail.com.
